We have a egg and dairy free batter. Its a mix between an english and tempura style without the beer and light in texture.  

Salty Blue serves authentic New Zealand Hoki and Australian Barramundi to stay true to the classic fish and chips shops in Australia, offering the same high-quality fish you would find down under.
